Do not park here. You will regret. They make your car stuck inside and then you have to pay the whole day charge. This parking place is a scam. Avoid at all cost
Absolute garbage. There are NO signs for entry other than Contract and Monthly. We prepaid for parking for an evening event and there is no way to get in. Had to park farther away and hike on arthritic knees and hips. Don't get taken by this scam. I don't know if we'll be able to get a refund. VERY angry right now. Y'all need signage and to fix your Google Maps listing.
The garage was fine. Paying was confusing because it makes you get a ticket on the way in AND insert your credit card. I don’t yet know how it works on the way out because, despite claiming to be a 24/7 parking structure, I was unable to get back in at 9:30 last night and had to crash with my friends who are staying at the nearby Marriott. The access door where I exited the garage is at the St. Paul DART train station, and it requires a code to get back in, which I obviously didn’t notice when I exited.
