WARNING!! DO NOT PARK YOUR CAR HERE!! Last week, their parking attendant crashed my car putting it in REVERSE instead of park to handoff my vehicle. The car rolled back, destroying my driver’s side and bumper. As of now, LAZ has NOT paid for damage! They’ve shirked responsibility, trying to get me to pay my own towing costs and recoup damages through my insurance. BEWARE! Your car is not safe here. I reserved a spot here for a week via SpotHero for a trip out of JFK. When I returned to pick my car up late last night, I discovered that my center console had clearly been disturbed and money was stolen out that I kept for emergencies. No one had access to my car during this time except the employees with access to my key fob. I have reported the incident to SpotHero and I am waiting for customer service to address the incident.
