This scam parking structure deserves 0 star. I parked for a quick late lunch at Eataly at 43 E Ohio St. I was charged $46. I thought the machine was out of order initially.

Got scammed by them. They listed this parking garage at a different address (at which no parking garage existed). Did not reply to email request for refund. Trust them at your own risk
