Parking entrance did not give out ticket. Had validation from medical provider. Could not exit. No one would come out. Person on speaker demanded credit card to exit. Charged $10.15 when parking should have been free.
Utilized the valet parking on Friday night at 1200 Prospect in La Jolla. We accidentally left a jogger stroller outside the vehicle and the Sunset Parking valet service just left it on the curb. The local business said it was sitting there for a couple hours, then it was gone. The lack of concern by the valet workers was disappointing.
