Just spent half an hour getting out of this lot. First the pay station did not work. We were parked on level B1, and the exit signs led us down to the bottom level where they led us in a circle. We decided to proceed against the Exit arrows up to street level. At the exit we paid our fee, but the arm did not go up to let us out. We finally had to call for help. After much exchange we finally got out. We will never park in a LAz lot again.
Writing a review for a parking garage feels dumb but you know what else is dumb? Not having any signs indicating where to exit. 🫠
Do Not Park in any of their garages or lots in Austin, Tx. They charge extraordinary prices per hour that lucite depending on the time of day. The penalty fee for parking over the amount of time paid is criminal!! Consumer be wary of this company!!! They are unethical and do not belong in Austin, TX!!!
