The lady in the parking office was EXTREMELY RUDE AND CRASS. What kind of people are they employing? They forget they are there to "help" but behave as if they own the building. Zero civic sense. I would give zero stars if I could do not park here.
I wish I could give less than a star give negative stars for these guys. there for 30 minutes when over one minute nobody would help me on the phone revalidation still wouldn’t work. It wasn’t their problem even though you know they run the place! If I could 110% avoid them I would every single time but unfortunately you can’t. They’re just there and you have to use them when you’re going to place like the bank.
Do not park here. $17 for a lost ticket even though I had validation and was only there for 10 minutes to get some coffee. Lady in her depressing parking office couldn’t care less either. She could’ve seen you enter 10 minutes ago and would still make you pay the lost ticket fee like her name is on the building.
Parking fee is insane. Lost ticket = $17 even if you have validation/receipt from restaurant.
Don't ever charge your car here. The parking attendant "Shelly" is super rude and will lie to get you to pay extra for parking. Worst customer service I have ever witnessed. Charging your car will cost you triple- don't let them fool you with cheaper prices- it's a scam.
