They charged me $100 plus time for loosing the ticket to exit. ( I parked for 3 hrs at most)... they treated me like I was in tyuana. LIKE I DISRESPECTED THEM BY LOOSING THE TICKET... NO I WAS IN A HURRY THATS ALL. I DID NOT MEAN ANYTHING BUY It... I'm not parking there ever.. it's my way of making up the $100 and getting even.

very bad experience. Looks like trap to fraud with the customers. The only way to enter the lot was to swipe through credit card, which we did. The display says "Important to use the same credit card to exit because credit card is your ticket". After an hour we were trying to leave, but the system on exit side would not accept the card - stating it is a different card. Well, that is the only credit card i had.
