IDK what everyone is talking about and I'm so glad I didn't avoid this lot because of the reviews. I parked over the weekend, 2 days for 58$ total (reserved prior to entry idk if the price would be different if I didnt), which is amazing for chicago. I mean what did you all expect, a complimentary valet service?
By far, the worst garage conditions we've seen here in Chicago! The place is extremely dirty, no security cameras or any precautions are taken, and not to mention that the spots are poorly designed so you WILL spend at least 20 minutes daily to find a place where you can park your car. $250/month and guarantee that you will find yourself complaining about it as soon as you start using it.
The most horrible place to park. When is time to exit you will be trapped up to the 3rd floor for about 40 min. There is no ventilation any ventilation at all . No open windows no fan the air from all trapped cars is so poisonous you would think you are dying. Do not park here. Ever
DO NOT park here under any circumstances. If you have to, walk an extra couple of blocks to avoid this garage entirely. I parked here last Monday on Memorial Day, and one of their clients was stuck at the exit gate because the machine was charging him an extra fee. The driver was extremely frustrated and kept trying to pay with his credit card, but the machine kept rejecting it. This garage is disgusting. I don’t think they have ever cleaned it. I don’t know how they charge as much as they do in this garage. It took me almost 40 minutes to get out the other day because so many people were parking to be by the lakefront when the weather was nice and it just is the worst. You are much better off paying to park at the hotel next-door or across the street at 680 N. Lake Shore Dr. Don’t park in this garage. There is nobody around if you have issues.
