I would not recommend this garage to anyone. The 441 E Erie Street parking lot is unsafe, poorly regulated, and incredibly frustrating to use. The ramps and driveways are already extremely narrow, yet the garage management allows massive pickup trucks and oversized body-on-frame SUVs (Ford, Chevy, GMC, Dodge, RAM, etc.) to park in areas clearly marked for “small cars only.” Because of this lack of enforcement, drivers of normal vehicles are left with almost no room to maneuver. Parking spaces were extremely tight (even for my compact car) - some spaces you can fit into but can’t even open your driver door. I tried fitting into multiple spaces without success and almost gave up parking here altogether. Do not recommend parking here.
We need a no star review for this place. Terrible spaces and no assistance for tickets. Kept getting a error bad ticket code and card no data prompting. Paged and talked to 3 different people no help. Wasted 45 mins just trying to get out. BEAWARE!!!
