Lousy customer service. We’re stuck in line behind a poor lady, waiting to get out. It’s 9:03. She could not get out because they told her she had stayed too late and needed to pay another $22! Are you kidding me??? The reason she was late- the reason all of us were late- is because we were stuck behind another couple of cars!!! And the customer service rep who came on the line had the nerve to get on the line and tell us how a business is run. Stuck in garage for over 30 minutes. 2 other cars got stuck in front of us and had to call customer service. A different person has answered every time and asks questions for 10 minutes. We are now on hold. Still stuck in garage
