Just received a notice for violation even though parking was paid! Including photos of your vehicle entering and leaving. Dispute requires a receipt that you won't get from the machine, I shouldve took a photo of the screen after I paid. Banking receipt isn't enough.

Don't park here. This despicable company preys on distraught people going to HCMC with loved ones dying. Instead of paying when you leave for the time you're there, you have to guess how long you'll be and pre-pay via an app. If you're late leaving the lot even by a few minutes, they literally bill you 15.00/minute. That's 900.00 per hour. Stay far, far away.
