Bought tickermaster House of Blues ticket for Cartel 10/11. Awesome show. Pre-paid parking. They held us hostage for $12 parking after the show. I showed them the prepaid pass explicitly stating valid until 10:30 OR 1 hour after event. The show has ended exactly at 11:10 and I was at the exit by 11:20. This parking garage is a scammer. I paid for parking for an event at the House of Blues before hand. I scanned into the parking garage with my QR code provided to me, but it wouldn't let me leave the parking garage without paying an extra $18. The parking pass I paid for clearly says parking in until 1 hour after the event. It ended at 11pm and I was trying to exit the garage by 11:20pm. It would not let me leave and customer service wouldn't not answer the phone. I will be disputing this extra money with my bank

I have to use this lot a couple times a month due to lack of street parking. Issues that have come up: kiosk outside the building is non-responsive, preventing you from entering the parking structure until someone comes out. No one picks up when you call the number posted on the kiosk for assistance. Kiosk inside the building lobby frequently down, causing a line of cars to back up at the exit, the only place left to pay. This garage is awful. Do NOT park here. The elevators rarely work. The front door is usually locked with no access. This is the worst garage downtown. Even if you have a monthly subscription, you are not guaranteed parking. Don’t ever deal directly with Laz Parking. Get the Spot Hero app and you can better prices using that app. I would steer clear of this garage at all costs. The neighborhood is not clean and neither is the inside of the garage.
