Avoid parking in this garage. My understanding was I would pay $20 for the first five hours and then according to the websites pricing, I’d pay an additional $6 for the next hour between hour 5 and 6. My ticket shows me entering the garage at 11:12 am. When I left the garage it was 4:23 pm. I was charged $40 ($20 for an additional 11 minutes, this is absurd). $30 flat rate
It stated clearly on the sign in the garage that there was a flat rate of $30 to park there. The sign is deceptive. Upon leaving they were charging us $60 yet the sign stated that is $30, we were gone for 6 hours and were charged $60 so double the supposedly flat rate. It says FLAT RATE $30 on the sign!! flat rate is not “$30 for the first 5 hours.” Put on the sign “$30 for 5 hours then” and that would be honest and not a scam!!!!!!!!
