These guys just save my a** off! I was leaving to the airport and was at the parking lot puting my stuff in car trunk, and I did the mistake of taking off my backpack and put it on the ground to load the trunk with bags. Of course I forgot the backpack behind and I just realize it when I was returning car in rental center. I just left behind my laptop and passport tha was inside backpack.
