They backed a truck into my car and then didn't follow up for two weeks. The only way to get this company to do anything is to sue them. If your reading this and your car was hit don't follow their process file in small claims court.
3 stars leaving Bradley and 5 stars when we returned. We arrived around 3am and there was no shuttle. We were waiting about 20 minutes before a shuttle arrived. Typically they have at minimum two shuttles in the early and late hours and 3 (maybe more) during peak hours. Fortunately we weren’t late and had arrived earlier than we intended to. On the way back I used the app to say I was there and they were waiting for me to get on the shuttle and bring me to the car. I e always do self park. Nicely lit. Clean lot.
