3 stars leaving Bradley and 5 stars when we returned. We arrived around 3am and there was no shuttle. We were waiting about 20 minutes before a shuttle arrived. Typically they have at minimum two shuttles in the early and late hours and 3 (maybe more) during peak hours. Fortunately we weren’t late and had arrived earlier than we intended to. On the way back I used the app to say I was there and they were waiting for me to get on the shuttle and bring me to the car. I e always do self park. Nicely lit. Clean lot.
Laz Parking at Hartford Hospital damaged our rim and tire to the point they had to change out the rim and tire. We get it, accidents happen but they tried to pass it off as a flat tire not to tell us about their negligence. We submitted a claim but they have not returned any correspondence.
LAZ Parking offers no method to extend payment sessions when paying via the Lot QR Code and then charges a $92 penalty fee for a ~20 minute overstay (rather than simply billing you for an additional block of time as other parking companies do). These are clearly bad faith business practices and they should be forced to alter them. I don't know why local government permit this type of predatory business behavior, but I will be reaching out to my local elected leaders to voice my concerns.
