I entered this parking, but there was no spots available to park. I tried to exit, but Their automated system blocked me, until I pay $15… no attendees in this parking. Avoid this place if you can. This is plain rubbery.

They have this parking company at hoag hospital where sick people are coming and going and last night they caused me to have a nervous breakdown after my 8 hours in the ER when I was fatigued & Found out alarming information about my health. It was freezing cold out & they rolled my windows down and left it parked on a cold & damp night. When I asked them to roll thew windows up while it's parked on my car, they said it's their policies, also they were being very verbally abusive to me.

Dishonest and lack of accountability. They tell you they accept credit cards and Apple Pay but when you go pick up your car they tell you they don’t and will only accept Zelle, cash app or Venmo. They also won’t give you an official receipt. Either the attendants are taking money from the company or the company isn’t running an official business outside the pacific Hideaway hotel in Huntington Beach

I was at the end of the famous pier at Huntington Beach CA. Lax parking lot is within walking distance
