LAZ doesn’t train their people. They write tickets that shouldn’t be written then deny your dispute. Then they ignore your texts and voicemails. You are forced to pay. I wish a lawyer would file a class action lawsuit against them. He would have thousand of clients.
Audrey is awesome! She called me back and helped me dispute a parking ticket that never should have been issued. She was very helpful and removed the ticket! Thanks again Audrey
I put in the info at the iron ranger and followed the directions on the screen and put in my credit card as requested and the removed it as instructed but no receipt came out . I went through the process again and the Sam thing happened so I probably was charged twice. The sign said if no receipt comes out then don’t worry the attendant will know you paid. I went to lunch came back early and found a ticket for $39. On my window. No one there to talk to or explain . Tried to find a phone number but couldn’t even on their web ... read more
