It’s a scam don’t ever go there. Paid money only to come back and be locked out for 15 minutes because the QR code didn’t work. We called the place and the workers hung up on us. Another car came and opened the garage door and we were finally able to go in. Don’t waste your money here
DON’T USE!!!!!!!! I reserved parking here and when I parked it was super finicky, once I finally opened the door, THE GARAGE LOCKED ME OUT. I was stuck outside and it kept telling me access denied from the app they provide. It felt like my car was being held hostage. I had to call the number and the first one didn’t even pick up, I then called the number on the receipt after I paid and the operator hung up on me twice and I was unable to get in. Booked on SpotHero - be sure to follow the instructions to open the door - worked without issue. Reasonably priced, secure garage.
The door never opens, the reps never answer, they make it impossible to cancel, whoever runs this location should be fired, I would rather park and walk miles than deal with these incompetent crooks
There is a febreze fan the whole block around this building. So gross, always avoiding this block.
