They locked my car inside and I have emergency. I need the car but the phone number for emergency is not answering, what kind of emergency is this. I am waiting since 12 o’clock and it is 4 o’clock now.
Dim lighting, appears unsafe, hard to find. Closes at 11, this is not convenient if attending event that goes longer at American Music Hall. We had to leave venue early to avoid vehicle being locked in structure.
Very cramped, even for small cars. Blind spots unsafe for drivers and pedestrians. The ramps were also extremely steep. My car could not make it up to the 4th floor. Luckily, we had no break-ins but I could definitely sense that this garage has a high potential for it. Please be safe and find somewhere else to park, even if the cost elsewhere is more expensive. You may get lucky with 1 of ~12 spots on their first floor (there’s basically no parking on the 2nd floor and only 2-3 decent spots on floor 3) but I don’t know if yo... read more
Way to 3rd floor is extremely steep. It’s utterly unsafe to drive and park in this place. And there’s no warning.
Scary, filthy, disgusting garage. Super steep dangerous slopes. Don’t go!
