Paid at kiosk before heading out. Then it wanted 14.00 more dollar when I inserted by paid for ticket. The person ahead of me was stuck there for 30 min, holding the line because it wouldn't read his card. Horrible experience.
Small but fantastic garage. Secure. Bright. Easy to navigate. If you can find a spot, you’re set.
Made reservation for parking online. Scan in worked perfectly. Not a lot of spots are available, a lot are electric ready. There's an additional employee and long-term lots that are caged off. Personal entry door is dragging, so it's not very secure since it gets wedged open. Scan out worked just fine. Would be 5 star except for the faulty entry door.
Spent over 40 minutes trying to get out and finally managed to get management come and figure out what was wrong with the ticket. The machine tried to charge me when I had already paid and then went overdue so it wanted me to pay double. Horrible experience.
