UPDATE: I received a reply as noted below to my review. I also reached out directly to Laz parking and got the exact same response with the exception of telling me I would be getting a refund. To date after several attempts to get my refund, I have heard nothing about getting our money back. Tells me their response was automated given the exact same wording was used on both my complaints. HORRIBLE... no working elevator and had to park on the 5th floor. My husband is an amputee and is on crutches. The spots are incredibly narrow as well despite their advertised "oversized spaces". List as being handicap accessible and that could not be further from the truth. Signs up on every floor no walking on the ramps.
