I had a great experience! $34 total per night for parking. My car was safe and intact when I returned. I like the electronic entry and exit, also payment with the text system.
Couldn’t let me out on Easter Sunday. 14 min after my pass ended. Demanded payment to exit
My car was stolen from this lot and I have not been able to reach anyone about it. I pay 240 a month and I have to because it's attached to my apartment. It says it's 24hr surveillance, but somehow someone made it to the 3rd floor of the parking garage and stole my car and they were able to drive it out? Unacceptable.
