The compassion and care is epic by Dr. Ali and his staff. I have never felt so calm at the dentist for myself AND as a mom bringing her children. 10/10 recommend.
I had the first appointment this morning and it was done before Dr. Ali showed up. I was unhappy about this, but I got a personal call from him to both discuss the results of my exam and to apologize for the inconvenience. Though it was not ideal, the response to my poor experience was excellent. Dr. Ali also provided his personal cell phone number for off hours dental emergencies.
