I honestly wouldn’t recommend giving them any business. On one of the saddest days of our lives the men working here were horrific. You would think being that they do this for a living they would know “proper etiquette.” They rudely interrupted a family member while they were up at the casket. Although I had a very difficult time finalizing the arrangements, I found that Don made it very easy, quick, and showed major support in our time of grieving. We wanted the funeral to go right and the obituary to be great. Don was very understanding and accommodating every time we made changes.
