Never called to tell me when my surgery was suppose to start. Wont answer the phone or return calls.
I would leave 0 stars if I could. Tyson thank you for a great surgery and an amazing visit. However, the billing and staff at this place is helpless. I’ve called and called and they refuse to contact or work with my insurance. Instead they hold onto money that I have paid in good faith for a surgery I do not owe. My EOB reads less than I paid. I wanted to say thank you to everyone who took care of me today. My amazing nurses for pre-op Desira,Ambrasia and post-op Rob, and Anisha. Also thank you to Dr. Bruce with his amazing work with my surgery and Dr. Allen for helping me not remember it! They all deserve a shout out for being so sweet and caring as it was my first surgery!

Everyone here was amazing, they were all very welcoming and friendly and being respectful and professional.
