I have been at this facility since 2012. Its changed ownership, the normal yearly fee increases, I haven't had any dislikes really till now. They had a bigger unit that I was wanting to rent. They said they were waiting for repairs to be done and would contact me as soon as they were done. They didn't. The unit i was in had some problems. Wonderful, helpful staff and a clean, well-maintained facility for storing our RV.
Went to access our unit, there is 4 inches of snow on the ground. They haven't done ANY snow removal at all!! (It snowed 2 days ago) The gate is always broken and won't open. We have had to call someone almost every time we have been there to get it to open. NOT IMPRESSED AT ALL.
