I really like my doctor there, but the secretary has no Idea how to do their job. I dislike calling because she cannot answer simple questions, or just continue to active listening.
Their payroll and billing dept are not up to par with the health service personal (whom I would give three to four stars to).
Supervisor Jeff illegally discharged me because I left a bad review on Dr. Gertge who botched a critical prescription. The supervisor Jeff lied and said I had bad behavior, a lie which is defamation of character, even though there is a phone recording that proves my interaction was polite and professional. They also failed to inform me of this discharge which is malpractice. Rather than fix their botched prescription, Jeff took off early Aug 8 and Dr. Gertke took off early on a 2 week vacation.
