Can I leave zero stars?! Rude staff. Disinterested and uncaring doctor. Refuses to refill my prednisone that I’ve been taking for 17 years even after I scheduled an office visit. I literally can’t function without prednisone so won’t be able to make it to the appointment. Dr. Layton is the worst doctor I’ve ever come across and his staff seem to take their professions cues, or lack thereof, directly from the doctor. A doc in this field should have empathy for patients. He has none.

He didn't listen to me, didn't answer my questions, and generally seemed put off that I was there at all. I'm not confident that he will be able or willing to help me get treatment for my issue. I've been telling everyone I know to avoid going there.

Zero for ability to listen, look at you while you are talking to him, Felt unheard. Do not trust him!

Dr. Layton is arrogant and does not listen: He treats patient concerns with contempt. Prescribed Prednisone to a Type II DIABETIC and refused to listen to the patient's concerns when she experienced blood sugar spikes as a result of the Prednisone. He INSISTED that the patient was required to remain on the Prednisone before he could change the prescription to something else, claiming Medicare rules. Pure BS. Medicare does not require that a physician place a patient in danger.
