My husband and I have been getting routine teeth cleanings here for the last 2 years. The actual dental service is fine, though nothing spectacular. The problem is the billing department. Dr. Neville is not only a very personable, friendly and caring individual, but he really knows what he is doing! I have been going to him for a little over 3 years and have been satisfied every time. I have even recommended him to friends. His office management is easy to work with me and my finances to make payments more agreeable. Dr. Neville has been able to find the 'root' (no pun intended) of my dental problems and fix them right away. I know I am always in good care with his expertise and experience.
