I have been to the practice a few times previously. I have had a pretty neutral experience. It is helpful to have good hours like they do. But this last experience was horrible. A basic test took 4 days to come back! Some offices you get results the same day. Then I asked to be put on antibiotics but they said I had to come back in. The Doctors here "Guess" what your medical issue is, and stick with it. They will see you multiple times for the same thing, and insist its one thing and prescribe you the same thing to take care of it (which didn't work last time) then they send you on your way. After seeing another doctor (on base) the problem was taking care of with the correct diagnosis and treatment. They also loose your patient files. My last visit required a strep test sent to the lab. My family and I have been seeing Dr weeks for years. I love the way he responds to my questions and helps with mental health issues that run in my family. He is an incredible doctor.
Love love love this clinic it is awesome!!! I have seen many of the providers and they are all compassionate and easy to work with.
Wonderful staff! Beautiful and CLEAN building! I have never had a bad experience here. I rarely have to wait very long to get in to see the doctor. The doctors and nurses focus on me and let me take as much of their time as I need. They truly care about me and my health. I have recommended many of my family and friends to Layton Family Medicine. I will never go anywhere else.
