Worst office. Don’t bother giving them your insurance info or they like to just add random insurance info that you never had or they loose it, their billing department looses your payments. Doctors are awesome but the administration staff are terrible. Can’t reach your Dr. on the weekend? It’s because the operator likes to hang up on you. Takes 2 weeks to get your meds refilled. They like to file important military documents instead of sending them where they need to go when you ask or they just loose it. Sounds like a lot o... read more
Their way of billing is ABSURD! All they want is your money. The doctors are nice but not nice enough to continue getting double dipped for one visit and sent to Collections (after a short amount of time!!) with no warning. The list goes on and on. Would not recommend this place to anyone.
I get amazing care and service here. Wouldn't want to be anywhere else in the world with my heart problems. I have complete peace of mind knowing that they are talking care of me.
