I went here for years when Melissa was still there. She left and I left. When I tried to get my medical records transferred, they acted like I was stealing from them. They made me come in to sign something in person and then told me it would take weeks because they use paper records and those were at the West Allis location, which was temporarily closed after everyone jumped ship. So what? Go get them! This place is now a joke of a practice. They're barely open. The doctors are barely practicing, just hanging on two days a w... read more

Call to set up appointment and receptionist is very rude so they were not accepting new patients just hung up
I am forced to agree with many of the reviews below. While several of my complaints are probably just healthcare at large, I've never been treated as coldly and dismissively by office staff as I have here. I had a problem I needed fixed. I was not able to escalate it getting fixed. In the end the problem did get sorted out, but I had to wait while very very uncomfortable with an issue that I was not able to get treated.
