I had an experience a few years ago and decided I should finally post a review, reading other reviews shows a pattern. If there are any issues customer service is pretty much non-existent. My experience went beyond that and was terrible, long story... Simply stated Dave accused me of damaging parts that I returned, then he blatantly lied when I put in a claim with my credit card company, never again...
