RecommendedI fell in love with Layr after watching a video on FB and YouTube of a man shooting the glass and trying to break in. If you are thinking of installing use this company! Professional and courteous. Great installation team. Careful and precise work. They also followed COVID precautions, wore masks while working in my home, took off their shoes (most appreciated). Moved all the furniture and put it back. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you Layr!
I am pleased, but they need to get there act together. Took them a long time to get back to me after initial call, There worker came and measured my windows, I was given a price, paid in full online. Later that week I was sent an email that they under. charged me, so they will return my money, or I need to pay more. I really wanted to cancel as the company did not seem to know which was up. Ed - thank you for the feedback. We try to see every potential project in-person to capture all of the details prior to giving a price - you wanted a price prior to the visit. Their sales rep Paul is a true professional. He knows all the product can answer all my questions to help me make the right decision. He was exactly on time and was in contact during the entire process. The installers were perfect. They were on time, organized, very neat and the result are perfect.
