RecommendedI fell in love with Layr after watching a video on FB and YouTube of a man shooting the glass and trying to break in. If you are thinking of installing use this company! Professional and courteous. Great installation team. Careful and precise work. They also followed COVID precautions, wore masks while working in my home, took off their shoes (most appreciated). Moved all the furniture and put it back. I am a satisfied customer. Thank you Layr!
What a great company! The customer service was excellent from start to finish. The workers were extremely respectful of my home, taking off their shoes as soon as they entered. Jimmy and Carlos went above and beyond assisting me with clean up. I highly recommend this company.
I am pleased, but they need to get there act together. Took them a long time to get back to me after initial call, There worker came and measured my windows, I was given a price, paid in full online. Later that week I was sent an email that they under. charged me, so they will return my money, or I need to pay more. I really wanted to cancel as the company did not seem to know which was up. Ed - thank you for the feedback. We try to see every potential project in-person to capture all of the details prior to giving a price - you wanted a price prior to the visit. When we came to your house, there was a little more complexity and scope - hence the change in price / reduction in windows treated. Sorry about any confusion - glad you are happy - thank you
Their salesman, Kevin, was very professional and knowledgeable about window treatments. Their product was installed with no "glitches" and we are very pleased with the end result. We would recommend them with no reservations.

I had LayR install film at my preschool. The experience from the initial meeting to the final installation was excellent. They were professional, on-time, conscientious about safety and extremely nice. I couldn't be happier about the experience and the final product.
I used Layr to install 3M window film in one room of my apartment. They were extremely professional and courteous throughout the whole experience. They returned calls and emails very fast, and even the guys who came for the actual install were really nice and professional. We are also extremely happy with the final product. The room is definitely cooler, and we haven't lost any visibility out the window. I would recommend them to anyone without hesitation.
