Very nice apartments. Clean, well kept, and affordable.
I did a paint job for this complex a month ago. I had to bring my own supplies and did a perfect job but they ended up lying and saying that the job wasn't finished when it was so that they'd have an explanation for not paying me which they haven't.
They flooded because they didn't notice the clogged drainage systems... among other things
