I am not one to comment or give a rating for positive feedback, I feel if a business does a good job that is what they are supposed to do, so why congratulate them on doing what was expected? I also won’t jump to conclusions and slam a business for unexpected results. I typically try and solve an issue by communicating and give the business the benefit of the doubt, more times than not the issue gets resolved! Fantastic experience! Layne Tech Roofing did a patch on a section of our roof after heavy wind damage. Communication was very quick, scheduling was a breeze, the push matches beautifully and everyone was so friendly!
Layne Tech roofing has been phenomenal to work with! Everyone I have talked to has been extremely professional and kind. I have a weird schedule with being a nightshift worker, and they have taken that into account and worked with me. I called Monday, and by Tuesday they were out to look at our roof and give me an estimate, as well as take into account the upcoming weather and are planning on getting us taken care of before the rain this week! Update to add-not only were they extremely quick to come out and get repairs done ... read more
