He is always very attentive....listens and gives great feedback
always responsive to neeeds, very patient with dementia patients shows real concern for each patient,
Dr. Keathly was very kind and made an appointment for me after my PCP left the practice on short notice. He renewed all of my medications and helped me schedule follow up appointments and referrals. I wish he was taking new patients.
Dr. Keathly answered all my questions, very knowledgeable and helpful.
He is very understanding. Im deaf and he does make sure I understand. Won't go anywhere else
Staff are always friendly. I have never had to wait an excessive time beyond my appointment. always have the opportunity to talk with the Dr. fully without feeling rushed. also have had great experiences using the portal. The Dr. and staff are responsive when you submit questions or need assistance. Great folks!
