This so called "Family owned business" just turned away family members from paying their respects. All because a non-immediate family member requested it. They are also breaking TN law by burying him without the consent of the next of kin. This place is an absolute JOKE and they will be turned in to the state and the BBB!

Dale and Emily are wonderful, kind, loving, and so many other adjectives that I could use to describe them. More than that, they are Christians. The whole Charlie Layne family are well respected by everyone who knows them. You or your loved one could not be in better hands than the Laynes and their associates. Love them all!
Dale has taken care of all my family members that have passed away since Harry Joe Hooper left the funeral home at Palmer. No one could ever ask for a more compassionate, caring, dependable or responsible person to take care of their loved ones. Dale does a fine job and takes great pride in his work.
