After 2 decades, the poor office staff service has wore me down. I'm done. They can't even field a phone call or return a call as promised when I'm having serious issues. Pathetic support staff!!!!
Dr Goetzinger did my cataract surgery and has treated me for dry eyes. He referred me to Dr Mittal who has addressed the dry eye problem. Thank you for the referral and for the excellent service you provided. Always helpful and friendly. The staff is always friendly
This is a very rude Doctor. I guess he believes he is above everyone else and can treat people badly with no one to police his actions. I hope he takes a look at himself because I am sure he makes way more than the patients and employs do. I am a disabled veteran and I am thankful for doctors but I can do without this type of attitude toward others.
