This place is great. They have great burgers, they have some of the best fries, they have a lot of beer options, their staff is friendly and accommodating, and the place has a very free feeling to it. Not very pretentious, and not hobo or dirty. I recommend their red pepper hummus. Also they have a lot of milkshake options. I was in there the other night and drank milkshakes instead of beer. I thought the ice cream they used was quality.
Came in there yesterday Jan 3 we were first customers for the day. The food was great we were all pleased with what we had. The hummus was very good and I had the turkey burger with apples on it, it was great. The chicken schwarma was also extremely tasty. We will definitely be coming back next time in st Louis.
I ate there for the first time today during happy hour and the food was really good. The service (waitess, wait time and departure) was great. I plan to dine in again when I'm in town.
I love Layla, the drinks and food are amazing and the live music is always fantastic as well.
