I was truly looking forward to trying this place for weeks and the hostess had absolute terrible customer service skills. We came today for the bottomless mimosas and brunch but we were turned away. I even called ahead before I showed up to ensure it would not be a waste of time because I know brunch can get busy easily. The hostess told me there was no wait and would look after a table for me. Celebrated New Year's Eve with dinner at Layla's. Our waiter was great--friendly and helpful. His suggestion of their champagne drink special--locally made peach vodka, champagne, and lemon bitters was perfect. We had delicious burgers with sides of tabbouleh, batata, and incredible fries. Very nice atmosphere. We'll be back!
Great food! Great service! 5/5 recommend! Sandwiches are very fresh! Very flavorful. Hummus is a must have
First off the service was lousy,took 20 minutes just to get water,then with drinks I asked for a glass with my bottled beer and never got it,food was cold then it took another 20 minuets to get the check ,worst night ever,will never go back
Went for brunch Sunday to celebrate my daughters birthday. Service was slow but the food was worse. We ordered porkey' s revenge which is a basket of bacon. It was covered in cold grease, under cooked, limp and soggy. My brunch entree was the "big fat Greek skillet" ...this was less then desirable to say the least, the lamb was curled up from being WAY over cooked, dry and tough never mind the grossly under cooked eggs on top. Husband and I came in tonight for a new experience and we certainly had one. The atmosphere is wonderful (with the sweet 80's movie posters,the kickass music, and funky ads for your scheduled activities) the waiter was knowledgeable and patient, and the food......oooooh the food.
