I visited as a new patient and the experience was awful. The dentist seemed agitated by my questions and did not want to review the treatment plan with me. She immediately deferred it to her assistant and brushed me off. I was told well after intake that the cleaning I scheduled couldn't be done because the machine was being serviced outside of the office. Wanted me to come back again for the cleaning.
