Coming to this practice and being a new patient after not going to the dentist in over a little of 20 years because of traumatic experiences has really made going to the dentist a beautiful experience. From the front to the back is awesome. The front staff is very helpful and pleasant. I don’t usually write bad reviews but I just feel like my time was wasted at this place. My son and I came in for an ortho consultation. First of all the Doctor wasn’t presentable at all he had a puffer coat on as he’s doing the consultation with my son very unprofessional. Then the “treatment coordinator “ comes in and she presents a proposal and had the WRONG patients name on there. Two red flags in one visit absolutely not. I do not recommend coming here for your ortho appointments a hot mess
First visit was great . Looking forward to my next consult and possibly keeping R3 dental in Silver Springs, MD as my preferred dentist.
I got two cavities cleaned up and the dentist rested the dental instruments on my chest idk his name he seemed new. But he was “too tall” for the short tray and doesn’t sit so he instead decided to make me, a woman, uncomfortable by putting the instruments on my chest. I was so stunned I couldn’t even say anything at the time not to mention there were dental tools in my mouth I expressed my discomfort to the female assistant after who awkwardly smiled. He didn’t have any malicious intent but again I was uncomfortable.
