Katie is an incredible and highly skilled trauma therapist. If you’ve tried talk therapy and it hasn’t work for you- I highly recommend Katie as a somatic experiencing therapist. She will change your life. She keeps it real but also will take time to build trust with you unlike any therapist I’ve ever worked with. Thank you Katie!
Trauma work is a very nuanced. Katie is the kind of person that you want helping you work through yours. She is very understanding, kind, and is extremely knowledgeable in her field. When I first met with Katie, I immediately felt comfortable with her and I could see that she was genuinely wanting to help.That's what you need in someone who is a therapist - the obvious willingness to help. Five stars isn’t enough. If you’re reading bc you’re trying to find a therapist and you have no clue where to start, Katie is something else. I instantly felt safe and comfortable when I met Katie!
