I had such a great experience with Layered Charm Shop! The jewelry is absolutely beautiful and feels high quality, with so much attention to detail. i don’t normally post reviews unless i’m really disappointed - this happened today (may 10th at about 2pm) i was walking past and tried to get my ring sized, i had about 6-8 screenshots of rings i was going to buy but wanted to try on first. asked politely if i could get my ring sized and the associate working was so insanely rude. she rudely said that there was no way to size my finger and that i would have to try a couple different rings to figure out sizing. she grabbed a ring tray and slammed it on the counter and it fel... read more
The staff there is very arrogant and condescending and the quality of the merchandise is terrible. I had my bracelet for a week before it broke. Would NEVER buy from them again. You need to teach your staff customer service and how to be friendly.
I’m very disappointed by what I witnessed at the Chinook branch today. I was accompanying a special needs client when she politely mentioned that the escalator was broken. The staff member who responded was extremely rude, dismissive, and cold toward her. It was honestly shocking to see someone treated with such a lack of basic respect and empathy. Went there and the two people early man and yound woman were lovely so I decided to think and came back on my break I work retail. The two woman there tonight would rather gossip then help you and then seemed annoyed when you need their help the one girl had such attitude I just walked away. Im sorry you have to help people its called part of your job!
