This place is trash. Nobody works there during normal business hours. Good luck getting anyone on the phone and if you do he will say he has to transfer you to the price department, then when he does that of course it goes to voicemail.
They really need more than one parts person. It is next to impossible to find small miscellaneous parts due to lack of detail in their parts manuals. You are left with speaking to one person who is hopefully in the office. For such a big company you would think they would have a parts team.
