Worse insurance ever. Doesn’t cover anything, you might as well not have insurance
Everything, do your research on patients names and what they are being billed for. This is rediculous, makes me wonder if this is a scam.
They lied that our insurance was going to be covered under the tax laws. Bunch of crooks.
no! been on hold for hours trying to reach customer service for being fraudulently charged.
Trying to deny two stem cell procedures claiming they are pre existing conditions after the deductible was met and procedures done. In the appeal process now, this insurance is very sneaky and will be raising awareness about them on all my platforms. You have a responsibility to help people and not screw them over so you can have bigger profits. I will not stop until this is resolved.
You people are a joke!! You've billing me & I have been paying roughly 4178 a month, yet when I went to the walk-in clinic yesterday it says my insurance is inactive?! When I call United they say oh well if your not through a business then you have to the Golden Rule people who supposedly handle private individual policies (even tough it is United who bills my account monthly) - after speaking with a Golden Rule idiot who CANNOT help me she allegedly transfers me to their Administration Dept. that was 40 minutes ago I AM STI... read more
the deductible is too high so you can never meet it. they cover absolutely nothing and for us living paycheck-to-paycheck the $35 copay is a lot for us, it's gas for one of our cars for the week and now they want more money absolutely ridiculous.
I am still on hold with customer service to cxl my policy. Currently I have been holding for 1 hour and 38 minutes and counting. Yesterday I emailed them with no response?
WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER! I will not be purchasing this insurance again.
