I took my 10 month old daughter to Childrens urgent care because I knew she had a ear infection, they said she was fine. After being sent home, her ears started draining. I called to make an appointment and they set us up with the on call Doctor, Dr. Miles. Her Bedside manor was nothing short of perfect! She was not in rush, and worked well with my little one. Appointment made 2 wks ago. Supposed to get paperwork in mail.. never happened. 10:30 appointment and St noontime was still waiting. For a simple hearing test....people at desk not helpful...too long a wait. Will be going to Dr Sewall in Oak Ridge from now on where appointments may be a bit late ny 10 to 15 min. But not by over 1 1/2 hrs. Totally unacceptable...too much over Boling with more than 2 people scheduled for same time n one dr. ...totally bull
Dr. Miley indicated I needed surgery. Why exactly she did not explain clearly and I was not allowed to see my scan when I asked. I did not get surgery because of this, if you want to dig around in my skull I really want to know why.
