Howdy! Today I visited 5 meat markets and lost hope in finding a market that fit our family's needs. My last stop was Laxson. So glad we stopped. We spoke to Chad who is absolutely knowledgeable about the meat cuts and industry. We purchased carne guisada briskets pork Links and smoked sausage.
Super fast unloading and the people here are incredibly friendly. It’s a bit weird to find and it’s super tight. Only room for one truck at a time inside the place. Smells amazing tho
Awesome customer service. Took 20 mins to get unloaded. Really hard getting in out of surrounding streets. Make sure you are not taking road into school.
The people are awesome to work with the yard looks small but has plenty of room to turn truck and trailer around to safely exit the route in is very tight almost hazardously tight but the dock has more than enough room and the people are awesome road closed at end of property very tight turns on streets stay wide can park overnight on street just don't block driveways or the road room for two or three trucks
Tight street to get to. Truckers watch your turns coming here and leaving. Numerous tight turns. Truck directions: from I-10 westbound exit Laredo Street / Cevallos street. End of the ramp make hard right on Cevallos proceed to South Flores and turn right. Go 1/4 mile and hard right onto Lachapelle. ( you must swing very wide to make turn) go across the bridge and watch turn there then proceed to the end on left.
