Do not like the way my eyebrows were done. Did not follow my requests or any instructions and ruined them. I’m quite upset. Waxing was also not done appropriately and gave me rashes due to them not following proper technique, applied repeatedly and damaged my sensitive skin. Previous employees were far better. Very dissatisfied with their services and will not be going again.

The lady there that does your eyes and facial wax in the middle of day has a nasty attitude like she doesn't want you to ask about certain girl that use to work and she natches the money from your hand and doesn't say thank you or have nice day. That's poor customer service will not be going back. I had liked the other short lady that was there with better attitude toward her job

I have been going to Laxmi salon from last 5 years.Poonam she is such amazing person , very friendly, perfectionist in her work. I did my Hydra facial today she did an amazing job. I have done Hydra facial before from different places. But they don’t do face massage. She did a face massage with jelly face pack. She did wonderful job today. I would definitely recommend her.
