My family and I went to this store to purchase a kurta top for my brother. Absolutely HORRENDOUS customer service. Some of the men’s kurta tops are in plastic packaging. One of the sales associates refused to show us the kurta inside after we saw just 3. She said we are requesting to see too many. How are we supposed to know how the design looks? The owner was extremely helpful, polite, and cooperative throughout the entire shopping experience. Their customer dealing skills are on another level — they actually respect and guide customers properly.
