CCRM is great but not all the doctors in CCRM. We have tried multiple cycles with the same protocols at least the doctor didn't review and discuss the reason for failures.
Dr. Kondapalli is amazing. I had a terrible experience at a different clinic. She took time explained different approaches she would take. She scheduled a regroup to help ease my anxiety. My results at this clinic were drastically improved from the other clinic. The clinic is very clean and they run very efficiently. They are like a well-oiled machine!
We were very fortunate to find Dr. Kondapalli. She is compassionate, knowledgable and skilled. She takes her time with appointments, not rushing us, explaining every single details and cites most recent research and evidence for all her recommendations. She has excellent procedural skills. Her clinic and CCRM as a whole runs like a well oiled machine. Everyone communicates very well and her nurses answer my questions on patient portal in a timely manner.
