I bought jewelry here and had a terrible experience. I ordered a gold chura for my daughter, and it was lighter than expected. The seller claimed that the weight would decrease after making order the jewelry. I was charged in full before shipping, and if I hadn’t checked the weight, I wouldn’t have known. I also ordered a silver spoon, but they sent a smaller one than I order. When I called, they told me to send it back for a bigger one, but I'd have to pay extra. 😒 why I need to pay extra again. लक्ष्मी ज्योलयर्श Cincinnati मा कोही पनि नजानु होला, सुन किन्नको लागी। हामीहरुले दिएको अडर अनुसार सामान पाईदैन। सामान पनि भनेको समयमा पाईदैन । उनीहरु सेवा दिन बसेका होईनन्, सोझा नेपाली ठग्न बसेका हुन्। २-४ तोला सुन बेच्दैमा आफूले मात्र जानेको अरुले केही जानेकै छैनन् जस्तो गर्दछन्। डिटेलमा जान्न मन छ भने , मलाई email गर्नु होला।

I am incredibly frustrated with the service from Laxmi Jewelers. I placed an order three months ago, and not only has it still not been delivered, but communication has been practically nonexistent. After numerous attempts to get an update, I finally asked for a refund. This experience has been nothing short of a nightmare, and I will never go back to Laxmi Jewelers. I would strongly advise others to steer clear if they want a reliable and timely service.
